Exercise is not only for hobbyists and athletes, exercise is a matter of health. For over 5 years we’ve trained designers, programmers, tattoo artists, architects, and other individuals for whom work means physical inactivity and often, incorrect posture.
Through our personalized training programs, HealthClub assists these individuals with handling the pressure and stress they are faced with every day at work. These programs help improve your quality of life by targeting health issues (often brought on by desk jobs), improving physical appearance and consequently improving your self-confidence.
Each club member chooses which style of training they feel most comfortable with and based on this choice receives a plan and training program to follow to ensure maximum results. More often than not, the programs are a combination of the above mentioned styles ensuring that training at Health Club is never boring or monotonous

Health Club was formed in 2009 with the goal of, through physical activity and embracing healthy habits, improving the health of its members and lifting their quality of life to a much higher level. Health Club was founded by Miodrag Tomanovic, who graduated from the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education as a professor of physical education and a certified Judo trainer, as well as earning a masters in sports medicine through an interdisciplinary study program (Medical Faculty and the Faculty for Sports and Phys. Ed.) at the University of Novi Sad. He has been involved in sports for over 20 years, having played for the Yugoslav national youth football team. He has trained in Judo for several years, and has been involved in weightlifting for over 15. Since 2010 he has also actively trained and competed in powerlifting, where he is a multiple medal holder, national, and Balkan champion.
