Exercise is not only for hobbyists and athletes, exercise is a matter of health. For over 5 years we’ve trained designers, programmers, tattoo artists, architects, and other individuals for whom work means physical inactivity and often, incorrect posture.

Through our personalized training programs, HealthClub assists these individuals with handling the pressure and stress they are faced with every day at work. These programs help improve your quality of life by targeting health issues (often brought on by desk jobs), improving physical appearance and consequently improving your self-confidence.

Why is HealthClub so special?

From the very beginning, HealthClub’s work has always been rooted in respecting the unique characteristics of each individual.

Personalized programs:
Each HealthClub member receives a personalized fitness program, taking into account their needs, goals and current level of fitness.
Monitoring:
We regularly monitor our members’ body composition (height, weight, fat percentage, muscle percentage, BMI) using a medically approved BIA (Bioelectrical impedance analysis) scale.
Tests:
HealthClub regularly assesses members’ current fitness level by testing muscle endurance which assists in evaluating your progress.
Personal profile at Healhclub.rs:
Every HealthClub member is provided with their own online profile, which contains your weekly fitness schedule (including what programs will be done on which days), membership information (last payment, joining date, etc) as well as data from your last weigh-in.
Oversight:
All training sessions are supervised, allowing individual members to be confident that they are doing each exercise correctly. Correct form has a significant impact on results as well as reducing the risk of injury to a minimum.
Smaller groups:
Health club trainings are scheduled in small groups to ensure that each member receives adequate attention and support. Since its founding, HealthClub has been a closed-style gym, with most new members joining at the recommendation of existing club members. This means that you are constantly surrounded by like-minded individuals, greatly improving atmosphere in the gym as well as improving the quality of training. Members are also encouraged to pick their own music which can often improve your training sessions even more.

O klubu

Health Club was formed in 2009 with the goal of, through physical activity and embracing healthy habits, improving the health of its members and lifting their quality of life to a much higher level. Health Club was founded by Miodrag Tomanovic, who graduated from the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education as a professor of physical education and a certified Judo trainer, as well as earning a masters in sports medicine through an interdisciplinary study program (Medical Faculty and the Faculty for Sports and Phys. Ed.) at the University of Novi Sad. He has been involved in sports for over 20 years, having played for the Yugoslav national youth football team. He has trained in Judo for several years, and has been involved in weightlifting for over 15. Since 2010 he has also actively trained and competed in powerlifting, where he is a multiple medal holder, national, and Balkan champion.
